GLP-1 Food Guide — Browse by Category
This directory organizes 5,707 food records by measurable nutrition characteristics. GLP Food Score compares protein, net carbohydrates, sugar, fiber, total fat and calories using the published formula; it does not predict symptoms, personal tolerance or whether a food is medically appropriate.
How to use the food categories
Category membership is determined from the nutrition values represented in each record: at least 15g protein, 10g or fewer net carbohydrates, at least 5g fiber, 100 calories or fewer, or a Good/Excellent overall score. A food can appear in more than one category because these are overlapping comparison lenses rather than mutually exclusive pillars.
The current corpus contains 305 Excellent, 1007 Good, 3016 Moderate, 1314 Caution and 65 Avoid records. Open a food page to see the represented serving, score rationale, nutrient tradeoffs and comparable foods before drawing a conclusion.
Missing nutrient values are excluded from threshold categories rather than silently treated as measured zero. Review the scoring methodology and data-source policy for limitations and correction procedures.
Foods currently rated Good or Excellent by the published six-factor nutrition comparison. The label does not predict personal tolerance.
Foods listing at least 15g protein in the represented serving. This is a comparison threshold, not an individualized protein target.
Foods listing 10g or fewer net carbohydrates in the represented serving. Missing carbohydrate values are excluded.
Foods listing at least 5g dietary fiber in the represented serving. Compare fiber with calories, protein and the full nutrition panel.
Foods listing 100 calories or fewer in the represented serving. The category does not imply that lower calorie is always better.
