Email hello@glpfoodscore.com with the affected GLP Food Score URL, the value or statement in question, and—when possible—the official source showing the current information. We welcome reports from readers, restaurants, researchers and publishers.

We compare the report with the stored record, serving basis, source URL, source date and current authoritative source. We also check whether the issue affects one item, a restaurant template, a score calculation or a broader data transformation.

Confirmed factual errors are corrected in the underlying source of truth so the fix reaches every affected page. We preserve relevant provenance and avoid deleting established URLs when an item is discontinued. Material methodology changes are versioned on the scoring page.

We prioritize issues that could materially change a score, serving interpretation or health-related statement. Not every disagreement results in a change, but every specific, sourced report can be evaluated. When an error is systemic, the correction should become a regression test.
