How GLP Food Score works
About GLP Food Score
Who publishes GLP Food Score, why the site exists, and how its restaurant nutrition data and scoring system are maintained.

Our purpose
GLP Food Score is an independent food-information project built to make restaurant and everyday-food nutrition easier to compare for people using GLP-1 medications. The site turns listed nutrition values into a consistent 0–100 score and keeps the underlying nutrition facts visible so readers can make their own judgment.
What the score means
The score is a transparent nutrition heuristic, not a clinical prediction. It weighs listed protein, net carbohydrates, sugar, fiber, fat and calories. Community ratings are displayed separately and do not alter the nutrition-derived score. Read the complete scoring methodology.
How we handle nutrition data
Official restaurant nutrition pages and documents are our preferred sources for current restaurant products. Government data supports general foods. We retain source and verification information where available, preserve unknown values as unknown, and review restaurant data on a recurring freshness schedule. See our data sourcing and update policy.
Editorial independence
GLP Food Score is not affiliated with or endorsed by a pharmaceutical manufacturer, restaurant chain, healthcare provider or medication brand. Commercial relationships do not determine scores. Our editorial standards explain how we separate evidence, calculations and community experience.
Limitations
Food tolerance while using a GLP-1 medication is individual. Menu formulations and portions can vary. GLP Food Score provides general educational information and does not replace guidance from a physician or registered dietitian. Please read the medical disclaimer.
